- Description: We are a team of highly specialised Paediatric Occupational Therapists providing assessment and treatment of children and young people from 2 months to 25 years with developmental, neurological, and chromosomal disorders, including: <ul class="bull pad-left2 mar-bot1"> <li>Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC)</li> <li>ADHD / ADD</li> <li>Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) / Dyspraxia</li> <li>Dyslexia and specific learning difficulties</li> <li>Visual and auditory perception</li> <li>Sensory processing difficulties</li> <li>Physical difficulties e.g. cerebral palsy</li> <li>Learning difficulties / global developmental delay, including Downs Syndrome</li> <li>Mild mental health issues, anxiety and poor regulation</li> </ul> All OT’s are HCPC registered and carry full insurance. Some of the team are accredited Sensory Integration Practitioners, with several trained to an Advanced Practitioner level. Supporting delivery, we also have a team of experienced OT Assistants and Technicians.

 Our clinic is based in the tranquil setting of Clare Park Farm, just outside the village of Crondall. We are close to the towns of Fleet & Farnham, 20 miles from Basingstoke and only 30 miles from Guildford.
 
 Entrance to Clare Park Farm is on your left as you travel up Crondall Lane from Farnham, the sign saying "The Courtyard". Drive along the tree lined avenue, following the road around to the right and then turn left in to The Courtyard. Parking is available opposite our converted barn.
 
 Please do bear in mind we are located on a working farm and there could be large farm machinery & tractors being moved.
