Connect to Support Hampshire has a number of different directories. Read the following information carefully to see what directory applies to your organisation / setting.

Listings on Connect to Support Hampshire are free. All providers wishing to be included in our directories on Connect to Support Hampshire must read and agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.

Adding a new listing

Community Directory for adults with care and support needs

The Community Directory is the place to promote your community group, activity or the free or low-cost services you offer that will assist people with care and support needs in Hampshire.

All entry submissions will be reviewed by Hampshire County Council for suitability prior to listing. The two main criteria for inclusion are:

You offer community services, support or activities at low cost or no cost which fit in with one of the directory categories or you provide information about such services.

You are not part of an umbrella organisation or provider to whom we are already signposting.

Activities, services and events directory

In this directory we list local community groups, organisations, services and activities for children of all ages, families, young carers and younger adults.

Visit the directory (activities, services and events) and you will see a create a listing button.

Select the button, complete the form and press submit.

This will then be verified and published.

Childcare and Early Years Education providers

If you are an childcare of Early Years education provider, regulated by Ofsted, contact the Local Offer inbox (localoffer@hants.gov.uk), where a member of the team will direct you on next steps to add your details.

Hampshire County Council reserves the right to refuse any listing application, withdraw any offer of listing or delete any listing which it deems to be unsuitable for the Connect to Support Hampshire website.

This directory is for OFSTED regulated providers, which include:

Pre-schools and nurseries

Childminders and Childminder Agencies

Holiday Playschemes (not those commissioned through the Holidays and Activities Food Fund (HAF)). HAF funded schemes feature within our activities, services and events directory.

Wraparound Care (Before and After School Clubs).

Update your general information via the Self-Update Portal – this will update your information directly on the website by the next working day.

No access to the Self-update Provider Portal?

If you do not have access to the Self-update Provider Portal and would like to update your details, please complete the General Enquiry form with the changes you would like to make.

Adding or updating your SEND Local Offer to your listing

If you feature within this directory and want to update or add your SEND Local Offer information only, you should email the Local Offer team (localoffer@hants.gov.uk) who will send you the questions to complete. They will then be added to your listing.
