Connect to Support Hampshire  

Hampshire County Council have commissioned People Places Lives Ltd to provide our Connect to Support Hampshire website. People Places Lives Ltd collects information about you on our behalf as a data processor in order to provide you with the service. If you use Information Finder and submit your email, it will be used to send you the information you have selected. People Places Lives will keep your email for a month and then delete it. If you contact us via the feedback form or share your email address via the Information Finder to provide feedback, we will keep your details for one month and then delete them. 

The legal basis for our use of your information is UK GDPR Article 6 1 e. ‘task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority’ under the Care Act 2014’.  

You have some legal rights in respect of the personal information we collect from you. Please see our website Data Protection page for further details. To make a Data Subject Request, please contact People Places Lives to provide you with the information on our behalf.
