There are many products to help you with your mobility: for example, walking sticks and frames, tripods and quaduprods, crutches, support walkers, rollators, trolleys and standing frames

A google search for walking aids will bring up equipment suppliers. Or you can search for specific items.

Compare prices for the same equipment on different websites; some may be on sale or special offer.

Search for customer reviews for specific equipment and suppliers, particularly for more expensive items.

Make sure your frame is the correct height for youThink about if you only want to use your frame indoors (frames without wheels are best)

Are you strong enough to lift your frame without wheels

If you want to use a frame to get out and about (frames with wheels are better for outdoor use)

Do you need a seat, basket or tray attached?
