Hampshire Local Children's Partnerships (LCPs)

Hampshire Local Children's Partnerships are non-statutory organisations who represent the local community on all matters relating to Children, Young People and their families from 0-19. They work across statutory, non statutory and voluntary sector organisations and ensure delivery of the Children and Young People’s Plan (CYPP)

They are there to ensure inclusivity across all local partnerships in each district working with Children & Young People and to ascertain local needs, gaps in needs and prioritise them.

Governance and Structure

  • There is 1 LCP for each District in Hampshire - Basingstoke, New Forest, Havant, Gosport, Fareham, Eastleigh, Winchester, Test  Valley, Hart & Rushmoor, East Hants.
  • The LCPs report to the Hampshire Children’s Trust Board through the LCP Chairs Forum and the Early Help & LCP Board.
