Free courses in our libraries

Libraries across Hampshire are hosting courses designed to help people learn digital skills, cooking healthy meals and budget management.

The courses are funded by the Government and free for adults 19+ who are living in Hampshire.

Managing Your Household Budget aims to help you create a useful budget plan to calculate income and outgoings, explore benefits and incentives available to help reduce household bills, and find out where support is available locally and nationally.

The Digital Skills Workshop has been designed to help you find and use apps and websites, as well as how to save money by searching, shopping and selling online.

Healthy Cooking on a Budget helps you to explore the benefits of using a slow cooker to save money on energy bills, how to safely store and reheat batch cooked food, sample a delicious home cooked meal and take a slow cooker and food voucher home.
