- The British Heart Foundation also offers a house clearance service. An assessment is carried out in advance of the clearance. If you would like the British Heart Foundation to collect everything they provide a chargeable house clearance service. If donating furniture or electrical goods to be sold in heart foundation shops a free collection service is offered.
