A counselling and psychotherapy service offering confidential, safe and non-judgemental space for adults 18+, for both short or longer term issues. I can provide assistance in finding your own pathway, through listening, reflection and non-directive intervention.
Hours are by mutual agreement. I am currently available by telephone or online videocall. Please do not hesitate to ask for further details.
The first session is £20, no obligation, to discuss issues to be dealt with and ensure we feel able to work together. Subsequent sessions are £40 per hour. Payment is by bank transfer 12 hours in advance. Cancellations and/or rearrangement of booking a minimum of 24 hours in advance of appointment.
I spent some years in mental health research, moving from psychology to counselling over the last 20 years. I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Health Psychology and a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling. I am a Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) following their Framework and Ethical Guidelines and GDPR Guidelines and hold an ACTO recognised qualification in online & telephone counselling.
