As well as delivering our home care service, we run Friendship and Memory Cafes for people with dementia and their carers. Enjoy a friendly chat, join informal activities or access advice and support from trained staff in a relaxed setting. Friendship and Memory Cafes are held at Gosport, Lee-on-the-Solent, Portchester, Titchfield and Wickham.

Our Stubbington Singing to Remember Group offers music, dancing and singing for people experiencing memory loss and we also host a series of Tea Dances throughout the year, which are dementia friendly.
