I am a humanistic Gestalt counsellor incorporating CBT in my way of working and coaching.
I am passionate about helping my clients to let go of feelings of shame, guilt or not feeling good enough. Change is scary but it can feel amazing and powerful when you feel supported in it.
I work daytimes and some evenings by appointment. Fees for a 50 minute session are £40. I offer a discount for NHS and low income clients.
