Our Aim is to protect and enhance the life chances of children and adults with learning disabilities living in Eastleigh and Romsey. Our services include:

• Basketball Club is run by a professional sports coach, and encourages our members to exercise in a fun and learning environment whilst improving their mobility and general health. It is held weekly term time on a Sunday morning in Chandlers Ford.
• Chill Out Club is a fortnightly leisure club, held in a town centre pub on a Monday evening. This club provides members with the opportunity to socialise and enjoy a night out in a safe and friendly environment, helping to increase their confidence and skills needed to venture out and enjoy their local communities.
• Our Dance Club is held weekly on a Wednesday in Eastleigh. It gives members the opportunity to learn a new skill, have fun and make friends.
• Flagship Art Club provides an opportunity for our members to engage in self-expression through art and focus on artistic activities. Held weekly on a Thursday morning in West End, it provides a quiet environment where people can learn about art in more depth and appreciate each other's talents.
• The Gardening Club provides an educative and fun framework within which members can learn about horticulture and the benefits of fresh food, whilst also socialising with friends.
• The Wednesday Club is held on the first Wednesday evening of each month in Eastleigh. It's an opportunity to meet with friends, make new ones, and have fun. Members enjoy playing games, bingo, quizzes or just generally chatting and listening to music.
• Active Citizens is a weekly group which focuses on learning disability issues and how people with learning disabilities can better integrate into the community and work for the common good. Part of the remit is also to educate the community at large to help them to understand the key issues and build better relationships.
