Charitable arts organisation offering performing arts activities to the local community, with particular projects for people living with dementia, people on the autistic spectrum and those living in disadvantaged areas of our community.

Anvil Arts, the largest performing arts organisation in Hampshire, runs The Anvil, The Haymarket and The Forge in Basingstoke and is managed by The Anvil Trust, an independent educational charity.

Alongside its programme of performances, The Anvil Trust runs an all-year-round community and education programme run to the same high standards as Anvil Arts’ main programme. Community Projects include: Finding the Words for people with dementia and The Musication Station.

Anvil Arts can also provide alternatives to work experience, including mock interviews, career talks and tours of The Anvil as well as support for anyone undertaking an Arts Award.
