I am a Person-Centred Psychotherapist/Counsellor, offering online and telephone counselling via Zoom/Skype etc. In this extremely unprecedented time guidelines are forever changing, because of this I hope to offer face to face counselling in the not too distant future.
I have experience and training in specialist areas including Bereavement, Sexual Abuse, Depression, Anxiety and many more that may affect your daily wellbeing.
What I offer is a warm, friendly, open and honest space, that is confidential and gives you the opportunity to talk freely about whatever it is that is troubling you. I am not here to give you advice, tell you what you need to do with your life or fix anything. You are the expert in your life and i am there to facilitate you and to hear you. I am here to listen to you and sometimes the greatest feeling is to be truly heard by someone and understood.
Finding a counsellor can be daunting, so initially I would suggest we arrange a telephone conversation where we can discuss what you are looking for, and what to expect from counselling. From there, if you are happy to go ahead, we can arrange an appointment at a convenient time.
Working Monday and Wednesday daytime and Tuesday evenings. This is £40 a session (50mins) Concessions for low income or students
