Hampshire Restorative Justice Service

Description:
Restorative Justice is a voluntary process for victims and offenders of crime, providing them with an opportunity to communicate and discuss its affect on them.

Restorative Justice gives victims a chance to have their say, explain how the offenders behaviour has affected them and to seek a direct explanation on what they did and why.

Victims who have participated in restorative justice have reported that it has been an empowering experience, giving them a voice, repairing harm and regaining control of their lives.

Restorative Solutions operate the Hampshire Restorative Justice Service in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
