Homeless Health Care Team

Description:
Specialist GP surgery for adults who are homeless in Southampton and do not have a GP. Also specialist mental health service for homeless people including assessments, administrating of treatment and referrals as appropriate.

We include a specialist Health Visiting service for families in temporary accommodation. The specialist health visitors visit families who are in emergency and temporary accommodation, refugees and gypsies and travellers who are passing through the City.
