In the heart of Andover town centre I Can provides specially adapted, power-assisted exercise machines to enable older people, those who may be disabled or those managing a long-term health condition to take part in exercise.

The equipment is specifically designed to help those looking to be more active but who cannot or would not access a regular exercise facility.

I Can is ideal if you are preparing for surgery and need to improve your fitness and after surgery to support your rehabilitation.
