Our aim is to give our service users a foundation from which they can build a happier, more fulfilled life.

We are 'Experts By Experience', spreading awareness of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and also supporting adults and parents of children affected by ADHD through Peer Support Groups and one-to-one support and advocacy.

Based in the Greater Southampton area, we are here to support our local communities on the south coast and throughout the UK.

Please note: Our face-to-face support groups currently take place in Southampton and Portsmouth only. A group is starting soon in Fareham. However, we do offer online support as well.
