As well as delivering their home care services in the north Hampshire area, Home Instead Basingstoke also offers a number of free services in support of the local community:

• Let's Move provides free weekly chair-based/seated exercise classes in Popley, Sherborne Saint John and Whitchurch.  
• Tea and Talk Cafes are for people with dementia and their carers. These are informal opportunities allowing people to meet, reminisce and chat about their life experiences and are held in Old Basing and Tadley.
• Free scams awareness presentations for workplace or community groups, either onsite in-person or live via Zoom. 
• Free booklets on various helpful topics, recipe cards, etc. Contact Home Instead for details.
