Charitable scheme that can provide interest free loans to enable people to rent accommodation in the private sector in the Winchester City Council area.

The Winchester Rent Deposit Scheme is available to people claiming benefits or on low incomes, who have lived and worked in Winchester for 6 of the last 12 months or 3 of the last 5 years or can prove a strong connection with the area.
