At Yateley Industries the aim is to encourage each individual to fulfil their own potential, both at work and at home. This is achieved by providing paid, meaningful employment in our supported workshop & cafe.

Employees work toward identified goals, encompassing areas such as financial managment, independent living skills, production output and social integration. Progress toward achieving these goals is monitored and aided by our professional and supportive staff.

As well as training and employment, Yateley Industries also provides Occupational Day Care for clients that require extra support.
