The 3H Foundation

Description:
The 3H Foundation is a charity that offers subsidised group holidays with volunteer helpers for physically disabled children and adults.

3H also runs a grants programme offering to assist disabled people and their families on low income to organise a UK holiday for themselves. Carers can also be awarded a grant for a holiday away from their caring role.
