Hampshire Timebank Networks

Description:
As a member of a Time4Hampshire network time bank you can use your skills, hobbies and experiences to help others, in return for some help yourself! So, for every hour you help a member of the time bank, you earn one hour 'time credit' which you can spend when you'd like some help.

For example, help a member with ironing for an hour, or walk their dog and you earn one time credit, which you can spend when someone helps you, perhaps to learn a new computer skill or by doing some gardening for you!

Membership is free, open to all and there is no minimum time commitment.

Timebanking breaks down barriers, reduces social isolation and loneliness and greatly improves wellbeing for all.
