MHA Communities

Description:
MHA Communities is a network of local schemes that promote independence and wellbeing for people aged 60 and over who live in their own homes. Each scheme is unique, tailored to its area and, of course, its members, who will actively help shape its services and events to their individual needs and preferences.

Empowering older people to make new friends and have fun in a friendly community setting.

Befriending services, where you can be matched with a volunteer who will visit your regularly or call for a friendly chat.

MHA Active, designed to enhance later life living by purring an interactive world at the fingertips of older people. MHA Active is our free lifestyle and wellness app that provides a raft of content tailored to an older audience.

MHA is always looking for volunteers. Contact your local MHA service to find out how you can help.
