Finding Freedom From Abuse

We are a registered charity, committed to helping survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence move forward with their lives. We provide vital services across the Test Valley area, with phone, email and face-to-face support available - whether you are still in the relationship, looking at leaving or have already left and are still experiencing abuse. 

We provide a safe place to stay for women and women with their children. Our refuge accommodation can support up to 23 families.
