I offer a flexible counselling and animal assisted therapy service from my home, my office, or in your own home. I also offer Zoom and telephone sessions.  I am a member of the BACP and graduated with a distinction in Humanistic Gestalt Counselling.

I have experience working with adults and older adults who are experiencing difficulties in life or who are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-confidence and many other issues. I also have experience with LGBTQ+ issues and I have a particular interest in supporting people through loss, bereavement and transitions.

Sessions are all 60 minutes and cost £40.  Home visits are £60. I also offer 90 minute sessions
