Energise Me provides information on and details of activities and sports clubs throughout Hampshire to help you keep fit.

Through Hampshire County Council, we can provide bursaries for coaches, volunteers and officials. Due to the source of the funding, these bursaries are only available to people who live in Hampshire (excludes Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton).
