As a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor Accredited and Registered by BACP, DBS checked and ICO. An integrative counsellor using person centred and CBT strategies to support clients.  I can support you to explore personal issues you may be experiencing such as:

Anxiety, depression, stress, employment or relationship concerns, long term and terminal Illness as well as bereavement and palliative care.

I am experienced in Child and Youth counselling as well as Additional needs, from behavioural problems to developmental trauma and have many years experience as a personal counsellor.  I have worked with Macmillan Cancer Care, in Private practice, CAMHS and NHS (currently), and within the educational environment.

I offer counselling from ages 5 to 85+.  My normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.30.  I am currently working online, phone and zoom.  When allowed, I will also offer face to face therapy.

My fees are from £48 per session and I offer concessions for NHS and Forces staff and group bookings.
