The YOU Trust community services

The YOU Trust is a charity that has been supporting vulnerable people across Hampshire and Dorset since 1985. We work across a wide range of specialist areas from learning disabilities to mental health and stalking, domestic abuse and sexual violence services. Everything we do is about ensuring the people we support can have the life they want.

Volunteers play a vital role in many areas of our work. We are always looking for innovative ways to work with volunteers to support the staff and the people we work with in there communities.  

Cycling Without Age, our goal is to reduce social isolation and loneliness in Portsmouth and Hayling Island, by giving residents living in isolation or suffering from loneliness, an outlet to securely enjoy the outside spaces and begin their reintroduction to everyday life. Our volunteers, pilot our electric triobike trikes and take participants around Portsmouth or Hayling Island to re-experience the sights and sounds of their local communities.
