Reach Out is a farm / work based proficiencies Centre for adults with learning disabilities. Specialising in Autism, Downs syndrome and mental health. Set in Hampshire just outside of Eastleigh our Centre is peaceful but in an easily accessible area.
Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
