We are an independent charity dedicated to providing services to older people in our local community. We exist to support people to maximise their independence, wellbeing and quality of life in later years.

Services we provide include: Lunch Club, IT Coaching, Transport to Town, Help at Home service Body positive - chair based exercise, Chatty cafe and we also run Outings and Events.
