PARCS Hampshire Service

Description:
The PARCS (Portsmouth Abuse and Rape Counselling) Hampshire Service is offered to individuals living in South East Hampshire, in the boroughs of: Portsmouth, Gosport, Fareham, Havant and Petersfield.

Counselling support is available to all genders and survivors of sexual abuse and/or domestic abuse, regardless of how long ago the abuse took place.

Our Helpline is available to support and listen to any adult in Portsmouth, Gosport, Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, Petersfield and the surrounding areas who has been affected by sexual violence, rape or sexual and/or domestic abuse, including friends and family of survivors.

We will provide you with emotional and listening support, help with practical information and guidance, and help with understanding and accessing relevant services and information.

Call our friendly professional team on 0300 222 5735 on Mondays 11am - 2pm, or Tuesdays and Thursdays 4.30pm - 8pm.

Please note that this service is not an emergency or crime reporting line.
