Fluid Motion is a mental health theatre company based in Basingstoke.

We create professional touring work on a range of mental health themes as well as delivering education and community projects.

We are not a counselling or advice service but all of our work focuses on using drama and the arts to help raise awareness of mental health issues and give people new skills and opportunities to make more healthy and active life choices.
