Sarah Mears Counselling
I am a qualified Humanistic Gestalt Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). As a Gestalt counsellor my approach is relational, authentic and non-judgemental. My qualification incorporated CBT training which allows me to tailor my practice to suit my clients’ individual needs.
I offer short or long-term therapy offering support to individuals with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, addiction and relationship issues amongst many more. Face to face, telephone and video sessions are available.
Early morning, evening and weekend appointments are available.
Costs are £45 per 50 minute session
