Inclusion EB8 (Employability Bridge) is a supported employment and personal development programme for young people aged 16–25 who may face barriers to employment, including young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), neurodivergence, or mental health challenges.
The Youth Hub helps young people build confidence, develop practical skills, and prepare for adulthood through:
- One-to-one careers and wellbeing support
- Job coaching and employability skills training
- Help with CV writing, job searching and interview preparation
- ASDAN-accredited qualifications
- Work experience and supported work placements
- Vocational taster sessions and employer-led workshops
- Independent living and personal development activities
- Support for mental health and neurodiversity needs
- Opportunities to connect with local employers and community organisations
The programme is designed for young people who may not have thrived in traditional college settings and need additional support to explore employment, further training, or independent living. Support is tailored to individual needs and can be accessed by young people with or without an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Location: Belvedere House, Basing View, Basingstoke.
