We know that having positive, supportive relationships is one of the most important things in helping you feel happy, safe and connected. Relationships can provide encouragement, advice, a sense of belonging and practical help as you move into adulthood.
Relationships look different for everyone. The people who are important to you may include family members, siblings, former foster carers, friends, partners, professionals, employers, mentors, neighbours, faith groups or other people in your community. We will support you to identify the people who matter most to you and help you strengthen and maintain these relationships where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
