Information and Support for Eligible Care Leavers
The Care Leavers Local Offer explains the support available to young people in Hampshire as they move from care into adulthood and independent living. It brings together information about housing, education, employment, health, money, relationships and ongoing support, so you can understand what help you are entitled to and how to access it. We want this offer to be shaped by care leavers themselves, making sure it reflects what really matters to young people, and we will continue to listen and improve it based on your feedback. Our aim is to support you to feel confident, prepared and supported as you build your future.
