Support for Your Health and Wellbeing
Looking after your health is really important — and we are here to support you.
As you become more independent, you will start to make more choices about your health and wellbeing. This includes things like finding a doctor or dentist, understanding your body, building healthy relationships, and making safe choices.
We know this can feel like a lot. That’s okay — you are not expected to know everything straight away.
We are here to help you stay safe, healthy, and make decisions that are right for you — without judgement.
You can always speak to your Personal Advisor (PA) or another trusted adult if you have questions or need support.
